Just a nightmare...

It was such a beautiful day out. The sky was as blue as ever and the sun was shining brightly at high noon. Andromeda chirped happily as she walked down the street. She had a new friend to meet!

She loved making new friends.... Andromeda was taking a short cut to her destination. As soon as she took a turn, the sky completely darkened.

Andromeda froze, looking up into the sky wondering where the sun went. What she saw sent her spiraling into a fear that gripped her endo spine and rattled her insides.

The sky was dark -- pitch black-- and all she could see in the sky were a large pair of red eyes. A haunting voice filled the air with a low, growling, hiss...

Moooothheeeeerrrr~

Andromeda felt her rays completely wilt as saline tears filled her eyes and spilled over her faceplate in waves. Her body trembled fiercely. No. That damn girl-- the one that took her rays... The one that freaking ATE her.

She's supposed to be dead. Right?!

That's when a sensation of something crawling on her caught her attention, making her head snap down to look at herself. She was covered in centipedes from shoulder to toe- only her head was poking out of the sea of long arthropods.

Andromeda let out an unholy SCREECH as she writhed and batted away the nipping creatures. She never feared the creatures before but now she would. Anything that felt like this--

A strong hand grabbed her by the neck, making her gag in surprise. Another hand grabbed at her rays, making her scream in pain and shock. She felt gravity leave her as she was yanked out of the sea of tiny legs and tried to look at who grabbed her.

Titan came into view -- but he didn't exactly look like Titan... Something was off. And his smile too wide. His teeth too sharp. His eyes way too red. And his very visage filled Andromeda with dread.

His voice was gruff as he spoke to her--

My beautiful Staaaarliiight ~

His smile fell into the nastiest glare and snarl that sent chills down her systems. Andromeda let out a shriek at those sharp teeth snapped dangerously close to her face.

You're going to give me a new daughter...one way or another...

Andromeda's eyes snapped open, her systems running hot, fans whirring loudly like a tiny scream. Her body shook violently as she sought the only one who would comfort her. It helped that she always slept in @blems-way-to-speak 's arms at night. The downside was that she was wide awake but at least she could know she was safe. So long as she was with him, she was safe.

The thought of a Titan with sharp teeth and willing to harm her for a child -- HER child... It made her silently cry. She whimpered softly, biting her bottom lip in an effort to stay silent so as to not disturb her mate. Andromeda sniffled softly, doing her best to keep her post nightmare shakes to a minimum. She buried herself against Blem's body and instead tried to focus on what she could feel, hear and smell right now.

She could hear Lilac moving in his sleep not far from them. She could hear Blem's inner workings ticking and humming gently.

Andromeda could smell Blem's scent. A light, citrus, scent that held a bit of spice at the end of it. Unmistakenly masculine that made her smile shyly. She might have involuntarily licked Blem's chest like he was a candy she wanted to sample.

She could feel the weight of each of his hands on her body. It acted like four anchors that helped bring her mind at ease that she was, indeed, safe. Nothing could harm her. She's safe with her mate~
